Special Events Consulting

We are here to help you! We want to make sure that your event is as special and unique as you would like it to be. All consultations are free and recommended for every event. We are able to come to your location to measure and make sure any tent we are looking into will fit into your backyard or rented space. We also are able to come up with ways to set up your tent in unique formations using multiple tents to fit in tight areas, on porches and driveways, all of which can be discussed in a consultation meeting.

Consultation meetings are not all tents! We are also able to suggest lighting, décor and other event related items to help with the planning of your event.

Questions to think about before your consultation …

     

  1. What kind of event are you planning?
  2. What are you planning to do under this tent? (Auction, Ceremony, Party, etc)
  3. About how many guests are you expecting?
  4. Are there any space restrictions for your event?
  5. Are there any rules and regulations that must be followed for your event?
  6. Will this be a full meal or buffet service?
  7. Will there be any bars or drink stations?
  8. Will a Dance floor be required?
  9. Band or DJ?
  10. Staging required for Band or other use?
  11. Will cake or dessert tables be required at your event?
  12. Will gift tables be required at your event?
  13. Are the colors and theme selected for your event?
  14. Will heating or cooling systems be required for your event?
  15. Will lighting be required? Power source near?
