Call Before You Dig

One free call to 811 from you will get your utility lines marked to protect from injury and expense.

Don’t forget to call 811 the week of set up!!!  Make sure you have our contact information, telephone number and let them know we will be 36″ – 48″ inches in the ground with tent stakes.

What is the difference between a pole tent and a frame tent?

A pole tent uses center and side poles to be set up.  It also has straps and stakes that use tension to keep the tent upright.  These tents take up a tad bit more space than the actual dimensions of the tent.  This is to allow for the straps and stakes.

A frame tent uses a frame to hold the ceiling of the tent up.  These tents must be staked in the ground but can be staked right next to the leg.  They are great for tight places, over asphalt, concrete and on patios.

What if I only want a tent if it rains?

That is the usual request for almost every event.  Our suggestion is to reserve the tent.  Make sure you do so in plenty of time to make sure one is available to you when you need it.  We do offer a “Rain Insurance” deposit on tents.  Ask us for more information or click the link below.

How early do I need to reserve a tent?

We recommend that you reserve as soon as your date is set.  This is to make sure you have the tent and other rental items that you need.  Adjustments can always be made.  For events in May or June, you should have something reserved by Christmas the year before and the September or October, we recommend reserving by Easter before.

What do I need to reserve?

In order to reserve your items we need to have a major credit card on file and half of the total of your reservation.  Payment plans can be made if needed and balance is due upon delivery.

Can someone come and measure for us?

Yes!  We are able to visit the tent site “free of charge” to check out the area and measure.  We actually prefer to see the location before set up.  This guarantees that the tent will fit before delivery and can find and hopefully fix any issues before set up day.  This will save any additional labor charges on the set up and stress during the final days leading up to your event.

Sidewalls or Curtains

All tents have the ability to have walls hung on them.  Walls come in three types; White, Clear or Windows.  We will contact you before set up and offer our opinion on whether or not we feel sidewalls are needed due to upcoming weather, temperature or blocking off something unsightly.
