During a meeting with an event consultant from Special Events, we can create a personalized, custom layout to give you a design of your event before we put up your tent!
This will help with creating seating charts, buffet line and catering layouts, finding places for doors needed, and room for dance floors. Each layout is tailored to fit your events requirements and is a great tool to visualize what your event will look like. Decorators can see how many side or center poles there are and can decorate accordingly, caterers can plan buffet and drink stations, and other layout mishaps may also be found with the exact location of the tent and can be resolved easily before we even set up your tent.
This layout seats 240 people for a wedding reception including plenty of space for the large dance floor and dj area. Two large buffet lines and two drink stations complete the layout.
This is a multiple tent layout for a wedding reception. Separate tents are added for Catering Prep and to hold restrooms. This is seating for 250 and uses our serpentine tables for the buffet and drink areas.
This layout shows a ceremony and reception set up under one roof! A 60 x 90 tent has been used to have room for cathedral and table seating for 250 people.
This tent is setup for a fundraising event. It shows all of the table around the perimeter of the tent to display silent auction items. A stage has also been included for the auctioneer and band. Separate tents also have been connected for registration, walkways (in case of inclement weather) and prep areas.
This layout is an example of a gala including separate drink and buffet areas to allow for 600+ guests seating and dancing under the main tent. Separate photo and band areas are also included.
